Digital Courses
Immediate Access & Intellectual Property
Our digital courses are delivered through a secure online platform and provide immediate access to intellectual property upon enrolment. In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, consumers are not entitled to a refund simply because they have changed their mind, chosen the wrong course, or no longer wish to use the service.
As our digital content is provided immediately after purchase and is not returnable, we are unable to offer refunds or credits once access has been granted.
Applies to All Payment Options
This policy applies to both full payment and payment plans. Access is granted immediately upon enrolment - therefore, no refunds or cancellations of future payments will be permitted.
No Partial Refunds
Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction, non-completion, or lack of use. We’ve built these programs to be practical, actionable, and high-value. Please review course information and previews carefully before purchasing.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access, email us at info@makeithappen.org.nz. We’ll resolve the issue promptly to ensure you get what you paid for.
Course Updates
Courses may occasionally be updated or revised. Temporary access limitations due to updates are not grounds for refunds - they are part of maintaining the best experience for our students.

The mentorship program covers a range of areas, including starting or scaling a business, growing a personal brand, and building an online audience.
Please ensure you're ready to commit before enrolling.
